Marubishi Denshi Co., Ltd. got a laser hardening machine.

In December, 2018, Marubishi Denshi installed a new laser hardening machine to their head factory. In eastern Japan, currently there is no other heat treatment company who has this machine.
The machine serves us some very good advantages. One, it enables us partial hardening of metals. It can be used even on an uneven metal surface such as a surface with steps. Two, the hardness can be raised evenly. Three, it works with a very small amount of electricity (energy-saving).
We are sure that, in the field of aviation, automobile and tool machines, there will be much more needs for this machine. Using this machine, we’ll try to make NSCA even more attractive.
