We have the largest quenching equipment on the west coast of Japan and it can process material up to 15 m long, 4 m wide, and 1.5 m tall.

We have the best inductive hardening equipment on the west coast of Japan and it can process material up to Ф 1300 * 3000 L.

Distortion removal technology

Distortion will always come out when heat treatment is performed. We have the technology to correct the distortion.
